I would like to inform everyone who reads reviews that this place is very dysfunctional, unprofessional, and untrained. I had two visits which where the worst two visits I have ever done from a medical facility. On the first visit, the check in personnel charges me $375 without explaining why. I asked to please provide me a itemize document to show why those charges. She immediately got mad, went back to the office to speak with someone else, and return 10 minutes later with a general document with explanation of charges. I asked her why in the website it states "Call for a Free Consultation". She replied that I'm lying. I showed her the webpage where it states that. For your convenience, I have attached in this review. At the end of the appointment, I received an emergency call, and had to answer the phone.I was told by the Orthopedics personnel, "You need to get out of here, you cannot be here". I replied "You can at least ask me nicely, not just kick me out like a dog". On my second visit, the surgery scheduler tells me that she does not know the number of the medical facility in Largo where I'm supposed to be operated. She asked me to Google it, or try a number that she has in a document, but she wasn't sure. She told me to call there, and ask if they accept my insurance. Later she found another document that had the number, and so I called. As I was asking if my insurance was accepted, to please schedule me, the surgery scheduler screams at me not to do that, that she will do that, so I asked why did you tell me to call there in the first place?. "Either she does it, or I do her job", I asked. I asked her if she knows how to do her job, and so she just left mad. The physician assistant intervened, and explained he will figure it out, and have stuff done. My personal experience with this Clearwater clinic shows that they are dysfunctional, unprofessional, and untrained. Furthermore, rude people after you ask them questions to explain in detail. To make things better, I received a letter in mail from Dr. Robert Donnelly, explaining that I was rude to their office, and he will no longer take care of me. Dr. Robert Donnelly should show some professionalism too by listening to both sides before kicking out a patient out of care. Patients, beware.
